Stop the service and reset the data

cp $HOME/.banksy/data/priv_validator_state.json $HOME/.banksy/priv_validator_state.json.backup
banksyd tendermint unsafe-reset-all --keep-addr-book --home $HOME/.banksyGet and configure the state sync information
