Stop the service and reset the data
sudo systemctl stop quicksilverd
cp $HOME/.quicksilverd/data/priv_validator_state.json $HOME/.quicksilverd/priv_validator_state.json.backup
quicksilverd tendermint unsafe-reset-all --home $HOME/.quicksilverd
Get and configure the state sync information
